What are your feelings about Instagram? Do you love it? Hate it? Both?

For us, Instagram is a blessing and a curse. We love it because it connects us with our friends and it's been a great way to meet new people and even get inspired...on the other side having to create content can just be missable and watching others' content can make me feel like I'm a failure.

In today's episode, we want to encourage you to stop allowing Instagram to be your master. You can have a great life and amazing business and barely even use your Instagram.

Instagram is not the key to your business being successful and it definitely not the key to happiness. It's just a tool and you can choose to use it or not. It's your call.

Our hope is when this episode is over you'll be encouraged and free to use Instagram in the way that best suits your life.
