In this episode, we hear an excerpt of a September 24, 2010 presentation by Lyndon LaRouche, in which he discusses the major infrastructure projects required to bring the potential economic productivity of the globe to a qualitatively higher level. To achieve progress, cultural cooperation on projects to uplift the human species as a whole, to what LaRouche calls higher “platforms,” is key. “The time has come,” LaRouche concludes in this excerpt, “for mankind to grow up, to come out of childhood, or, worse than that, infantilism.”
