When the Mueller Report came out in March 2019, Barr correctly reported that it found no collusion by Trump with Russia, and no obstruction of justice. However, he let stand the lie of Russian "meddling" and "hacking", which is still repeated to the present day. By not exposing this lie, his "defense" of Trump undermined the major strategic initiative of his presidency, to reverse the dangerous geopolitical confrontation course with Russia pursued by Bush and Obama and replace it with friendship and cooperation between the superpowers. And what is the status of the Durham probe? No serious DOJ investigation into charges of vote fraud? Many more unanswered questions remain about Barr's role in undermining the Trump presidency.
