This episode was inspired by a friend of mine who told me that he was disappointed that I couldn't do more for him. I had to explain my role: I help, God saves, you have us confused. I had to break it down to the brother: "If you are unhappy with my service I can put you through to my manager who I know would love to speak with you. ".
