Julia Vaughan, raised amid Vermont's scenic beauty, found her passion for photography from her first 35mm camera. Now based in Portland, Oregon, she captures moments in nature that bring joy and serenity.

Witnessing glorious sunsets, the vast night sky, or a bee on a flower makes her come alive. Julia shares these moments through her images, aiming to evoke wonder and connection. As a photographer, she offers fine art nature prints, infusing homes with the planet's beauty. Her work, born from a love for outdoor adventures, displays special places and moments, embodying the magic found in nature's details.

We discuss  her experiences moving from Vermont to moving to Portland, Oregon via the San Francisco Bay Area, the therapeutic influence photography has had on her life and how this art has become her coping mechanism against stress.

I hope you enjoy the show!
