Ok guys, here's the deal. Our first winemaking episode was a mess and we don't like it anymore. Therefore, we want to correct our past mistakes and give you a more thorough overview of how wines are made. In this episode, we'll be discussing the primary winemaking steps and major style choices that go into white wines. We hope this provides a better and more complete picture for you as to why certain techniques are used for white wines. These decisions will impact the final wine that ends up in your glass, and hopefully after listening you'll be able to tell what decisions were made for yourself!
