The school district’s free summer lunch program is offering meals to all kids in Grand County through the end of July. The district’s nutrition director hopes more kids and parents take advantage of the program, which is available to families regardless of income levels. Plus, the State Flag Task Force met for the first time to discuss the redesign of Utah’s flag. And, the Interior Department is asking Congress for 17.6 billion dollars next year – that’s about $2.5 billion more than this year.
