Paleontology lovers and concerned community members are asking why heavy machinery appears to have been driven over a section of the Mill Canyon Dinosaur Tracksite. The BLM recently hired a contractor to replace a raised wooden boardwalk at the site. Many point to the absence of a paleontologist in the BLM Moab field office. If that position had been filled, they say damage to the 112-million-year-old site could have been avoided. Plus, a report on the annual homeless ‘point in time’ count in Moab.
