Much like any other business, Moab City has struggled to attract and keep qualified employees amid the housing crisis. Aiming to secure transitional housing for their employees, elected officials approved the purchase of a duplex on 200 South for $825,000. City staff say the house will help outside hires get settled in, with the expectation those employees will find more permanent housing within six months.
