Utah Governor Gary Herbert has placed a moratorium on evictions for state residents who have suffered a wage or job loss as a result of COVID-19. The order does not relieve renters of their financial obligations but does allow them to defer rent payments as they recover from economic damage. Plus, new orders from the Southeast Utah Health Department, blood testing for antibodies in Telluride, and the Moab Sun News reports on how the health crisis is placing more pressures on people living without running water on the Navajo Nation.
