The Seven County Infrastructure Coalition will stop their environmental planning process for a controversial highway through the Book Cliffs – for now. Some see this turn of events as a victory and a window to set up permanent protections for the Book Cliffs region. Plus, Utah is taking new action to reduce the death of wildlife due to roads and highways.
