Utah State University celebrated the completion of their brand-new Moab campus with a ribbon cutting on Friday. The facility on Aggie Boulevard is the first net-zero building in the USU system. USU representatives are excited about the building –but they’re also excited about solidifying a pathway to higher education for locals.
