Community members overwhelmed in recent weeks by aggressive mosquitoes voiced frustration with the Mosquito Abatement District’s decision not to fog local neighborhoods during a public meeting Monday evening. The District says they are strapped for resources – low staff numbers, failing equipment, and a small budget.
