Large volumes of tourists this spring mean large volumes of material for Moab’s new wastewater reclamation facility. Officials say the facility should keep pace with growth for decades, but what about handling the stuff that shouldn’t end up down the drain? Wastewater and municipal sewer systems around the country are dealing with a growing problem – people putting things in the drain and toilet that wreak havoc on the system.
