Grand County Active Transportation and Trails is making progress on the Robin Groff Memorial Park, a new bike skills area snaking an edge of the Mill Creek Parkway. New developments include rocks and wooden ramp features for beginner mountain bikers. Today on the news, we take a tour of the design-in-progress and hear a reflection from the mayor on how some reactions to this project have influenced the city council.
