The KZMU community is welcoming a new general manager…Barbro Rakos! She comes to the station with a lot of experience in community work, rural advocacy and media. It’s a unique a blend of skills that all come in handy for this particular leadership role. Says Barbro,
“there’s a common thread of advocacy and self-expression [in my work experience] and making sure everyone who has a story to tell can tell it.”
