Ellie Kemper sits down with Kyle Meredith to talk about Happiness For Beginners, her new movie out now on Netflix, a story that finds her character newly divorced and a little lost as she decides to sign up for a backcountry survival course hiking the Appalachian Trail with a group of oddball strangers. The Office and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt actress talks with Kyle about playing against type with a character who spends most of her time bottled up and angry, the camaraderie of the cast, and how being a runner came in handy in a hiking movie.
