The federal administration under Canada's Liberal government has unveiled an ambitious proposal to substantially augment immigration intake with the goal of welcoming around 500,000 new immigrants each year by 2025. In today's episode, Adrian Trott and Ariel Kormendy discuss the effects of this plan on Canada's current housing shortage and ridiculous rental prices and what the government could do to alleviate this crisis.
