The Extra with Shannon Brinias - November 18, 2020

On Wednesday's "The Extra", host Shannon Brinias was joined by Aidan Ryan, Communications and Marketing manager for the Colorado Springs Airport, to discuss exciting developments at the airport, newly branded "Colorado's Small Airport."  Ryan talked about the arrival of Southwest Airlines to the southern Colorado market, and what's expected to happen in mid-March, when Southwest begins flights.  She also talked about a holiday parking promotion to bring another cost-conscious reason for travelers to choose COS.  While it's been a discouraging year for airline-related businesses due to the pandemic, with numbers depressed, Ryan talked about how the Colorado Springs Airport offers a more-distanced alternative.
