The 21-year-old accused of gunning down 10 people, including a police officer, at the King Soopers grocery store in Boulder, Colorado on Monday made his first court appearance today, where Defense attorneys said more time is needed to assess the suspect's mental health.  Prosecutors said additional charges are expected in the next few weeks and he judge ordered a status conference to take place in about 60 to 90 days.  The suspect did not speak other than to say "yes" to a question from the judge, who advised him of the 10 charges of first-degree murder he faces. He did not enter a plea and will be held without bail.
