Utility bills are more expensive now than last winter. On KRDO's "The Extra", we talked with Kristina Iodice, PIO for El Paso County Department of Human Services about resources to help those in need. In particular, the seasonal Low-income Energy Assistance Program, also called LEAP. Additional programs run year-round to help those experiencing hardships.
