Colorado has joined the ranks of other states requiring employers with over 5 employees to offer employees a retirement savings plan or enroll their eligible workers in a state-sponsored Roth IRA plan.  The Colorado Secure Savings Program (Senate Bill 20-200) was signed into law by Gov. Jared Polis in July 2020.  Andrew Rogers was joined on 'The Extra' by Kathleen Fox, President of Payroll City to shed more light on that new program and to talk about options for employers statewide.
