President Biden's top medical advisor says he's confident the U.S. will meet the president's vaccination goal. Dr. Anthony Fauci said in an interview this morning that he's sure the U.S. will reach Biden's July 4th vaccination goal.   Over the weekend the U.S. administered its 300-millionth shot and the agency reports that 63.5-percent of U.S. adults have received at least one dose, with a little less than a month to go. "It's really good news," Dr. Fauci said. "We have about 50% of the adult population already vaccinated. We have a bit more than 60% of the adult population having at least one dose, so we're really going in the right direction." And while Fauci is confident of the 70% goal, he cautioned not to rest on our laurels.  "We have to keep going, though, guys, we can't prematurely declare victory."  Dr. Fauci also explained that Americans, at some point, will need booster shots: "It looks like we will ultimately need [a booster shot] because the immunity from this is likely not going to be infinite, but we don't know when that is."
