The Case for Public Options

Ganesh Sitaraman is a long time policy adviser to Senator Elizabeth Warren and professor of law at Vanderbilt University. He is arguing for the creation of more public options even beyond healthcare in order to fill the gaps left by market base solutions.  He is the co-author, with Harvard Professor Anne Alstott, of the book The Public Option: How to Expand Freedom, Increase Opportunity, and Promote Equality.
