SDPD To Stop Using Carotid Restraint, SDSU And Black Community Groups Hosting Teaching, Healing Events, Claims Against Sheriff’s Deputies Costing County Millions, And A Border Agent Becomes Activist

The president of the San Diego police union responds addresses law enforcement handling of local protests and the news that SDPD will immediately stop using carotid restraints as a use-of-force procedure.
