Day 3 of our N.O.S.H Nourish Our Soul Health Challenge. On today’s epi we go over water with our guest speaker Erin.  Erin Cooper is a Wellness Coach and health & fitness blogger. She helps conscientious, and determined women achieve their health & fitness goals through education, creating an action plan, and accountability, so they can have energy for physical activity, and learn how to plan ( and make) delicious healthy meals. Growing up, fast food was a regular occurrence, at least 3-4 times a week. As a result, she developed chronic lymphedema, acne, and seborrheic dermatitis. She came to realize that poor food choices and lack of essential nutrients ( supplements) were the culprit and now no longer takes medication for her skin problems, and her edema is under control.
