In this episode, there’s an update on what we’re working on (and what we wish we were working on).  There’s a couple geeky things that made us mad this week, and so we get our rant on, complete with  cupcake trebuchets, glitter psychological warfare and a couple f-bombs (we use the explicit tag for a reason, and it’s not always because of boobs!).  Finally we drool over some lovely yarn and fantasize about our dream knitting/crochet/spinning tools and accessories.

So what almost totally frivolous tool/accessory would you get if you had a couple hundred bucks to devote to such a cause?  We want to know!  Comment at the blog, email us at [email protected] or tell us at the Ravelry group.

Disney Exec Admits Story Doesn’t Matter When Making Blockbusters.  This explains a lot, really.  Oh and I looked up what Pirates of the Caribbean 4 made: 90 million in its opening weekend.  So yeah, blockbuster.

Tough Gals: Do They Still Exist?” by Peg Aloi.   That’s it, I’m getting my trebuchet. (And in talking about aspects of Xena’s costume I completely forgot about Gabrielle’s costume.  Yeah.  Really practical.) Also I totally forgot to mention during the ‘cast that this article is so not fair to guys that like to knit, make cupcakes, etc.
