On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: An organization in Southeast Alaska has won a half-million dollar grant to reduce the cost of trash disposal. Lawyers in Alaska are hoping to become a more diverse profession, and ideally more accessible. And the Alaska Department of Transportation has temporarily closed a trail across a desecrated burial ground.
