Most farms, even those employing minimal numbers of local staff, struggle to meet their current labour requirements and with confirmation last week that, from an Immigration Policy perspective farm workers are considered neither skilled nor in short supply, this issue will only be exacerbated further once we leave the EU on 31st December.
