Nicole Apelian is an herbalist, biologist, anthropologist, researcher, mother, in addition to being a survival TV celebrity, traditional skills instructor, and author. We were first introduced to her through Season 2 and Season 5 of Alone (our latest binge worthy tv show produced by the History Channel). Currently you can stream the first two seasons through Amazon Prime.
In our conversation, Nicole indulges our curiosity about her experience on the TV show and touches on how she manages her Multiple Sclerosis. She's strong and brave and also down to earth when it comes to enjoying nature and getting outdoors. We think you'll be inspired to get outside after listening to our conversation.
