God often hides us in order to prepare us. Take Elijah for example. He was instructed to "hide" himself at the Brook Cherith (1 Kings 17:3).

'Hide’ can also be translated “secret place" (See Psalm 31:20).

While Elijah was in Cherith, he was in the precise location he needed to be shut in tiwh the Lord in the secret place. All external influences had been removed and the Lord was able to work in Elijah and purifying and preparing him for his next assignment: turning the nation back to the LORD.

Today, the Spirit of God is wooing a people into a deeper place of intimacy with Him in order to transform and empower us for the next great outpouring and the end time harvest!
