Let’s talk about victimhood and how that is a shadow that could potentially be holding us back. One of my clients had an aha-moment… victimhood had actually played a role in his stepping out as a coach in the beginning. He has subconsciously learned that he could get what he wanted by acting the victim, and then he began to notice this within his business as a Spiritual Coach. He did his inner work to figure out what was going on and cleared that for himself.

Playing the role of victim, even in the tiniest of ways keeps us from fully stepping out. As Spiritual coaches it is our job to do the inner work all the time because when we’re trying to help others with their shadow work, in the depths of what's happening with them, we have to be in full Spiritual integrity and working on ourselves as well so that we can be the best version of ourselves to be the best coaches possible.

What is working in your shadows that could be holding you back?
