The security guard on duty that night at the Park and Ride, Raymond Lee Jennings, was a witness to the crime…sort of. The more Jennings spoke to police about what he saw and heard that night, the more investigators began to suspect he had more to do with the crime than just witnessing it. Three trials and 17 years later, the answers to what happened to Michelle O’Keefe remain shrouded in mystery…
