Nothing in the entire scene however, comes close to the infectiousness of the man behind VIP.. and he goes by the name of Billy Boy. A man with a very alternative path into the scene compared to most, his dream within the scene is now coming to reality with the birth of his latest creation : London Paint. The first of its kind.
