Thank Freddy it’s Friday... again?! We’re reliving the bad dream of 2010’s A Nightmare on Elm Street remake with Returning Champion Gonzales (Deep in Bear Country & Del Toro Time pods) in order to understand why so many good ideas get turned into brown mush! It’s a very lively discussion that includes exploring “Bad Man” preschool, delving into what actually works in this version, why Drake forgot to drop a hot track about this version of Freddy, and ultimately, why “Not Your Daddy’s Freddy Krueger” is such a bad idea in the first place. It's an episode where we try to like something that refuses to be likable, basically. Also CONTENT WARNING: Freddy graduates from "mere child murder" to molestation... so just be aware of this terrible development. It sucks.
