Caleb and Darryl talk about the “3 Dimensions of Inclusion” and how to have meaningful conversations: I am also a trained D, E, & I facilitator and teach teams how to have conversation around polarizing topics in a safe and inclusion way.

"Meaningful Conversations" takes approx. 2hrs with a break in between hours. It opens with an opportunity for participates to self-reflect on how they truly feel on some current/polarizing topics. We then roll into implicit bias(unconscious bias) and how that effects our daily conversations/interactions. We also discuss vulnerability, empathy, and conduct a trust word exercise with the team to determine what we require for trust. We discuss my 3 dimensions of Inclusion, and this all leads to us breaking into small groups to practice what we've learned so folks know how to set up meaningful small group discussions within their own work centers. I currently facilitate these for all of the Maxwell AFB NCO PES events, Gunter NCO Academy, and I am permanently apart of the Air Force Enlisted PME instructor course, because the team there understands that these topics come up in the classrooms and instructors don't need to shy away from them at all, because the Airmen want to talk. 1. You have to be honest with You
2. You have to understand You
3. We have to be vulnerable, it’s not a weakness
4. Empathy has to grow into Compassion
5. Trust, whatever you require in order to trust someone, You have to give that to folks as well Do you want (because you definitely Need it) Darryl to hold a meaningful conversation with your team? Contact Darryl @ https://www.linkedin.com/in/darryl-hill-a5592933
