Katrina Grubb with McWaters & Associates is quickly moving up my favorite people list. I honestly couldn’t quite put my finger on the reason initially, but her kind heart, selfless nature, and freakish drive are some of the reasons why she won me over. I’m not alone in that feeling either as Katrina finished 2020 in the top 100 realtors in the city in just her third year in the business. Our conversation spanned from her love of remodeling old Germantown houses to her equally as passionate love for the movie Aquaman.
Dustin Jones with TSCG was one of the first commercial brokers that I was able to meet as I was launching my career. This conversation with him allowed me to see that real estate transactions aren’t always just a buy and a sell as his role as a Leasing Advisor rarely has him involved with property deeds changing hands. He’s also a really good guy to know if you want to be up to date on all of the cool stuff that’s coming to Memphis before all your friends know about it.
