TRUST
For a team/company/church to become great, there must be a high level of trust among it’s members. Without absolute confidence and trust in your teammate, nothing great can be accomplished.
EVERYONE
Great teams consider every person on that roster as extremely important.
Every person knows their role and plays that role as a key to victory.
There are no bench warmers.
No 2nd stringers
No practice squad players.
Everyone matters from the franchise QB to the locker room cleaners to the team chaplain!
ATTITUDE
Great teams have an ALL IN attitude. They will do whatever it takes to get the victory. They will pay any price to get it done.
Great teams are filled with players who are “all in.” That means they give absolutely everything they have every minute of every day to win a championship.
MISSIONAL
Finally, great teams play and live on mission.
They know their purpose and strategically live each day with a focus on the prize.
Just as a football team or company has a mission, so do we here at Kensington.
