Mel, is a busy mom, wife, dog lover, healthy comfort food creator.  Like most women, Mel, wears many hats herself, and as a Health Coach, helps other busy women, powerfully manage their stress & nutrition on & off the plate. She believes in small steps, to create over time, lasting success with a mindful and holistic approach.
