And all because an otherworldly voice (that only he can hear) may have vaguely suggested that it's his destiny. Also, his girlfriend broke up with him, nobody at school respects him, and most importantly, "Supreme Emperor of the World" has a nice ring to it. We sometimes describe the basic premise as ”Pinky and the Brain, if Pinky were in charge.” "
