There are certain times of year when we hear more people focusing on giving and serving one another. Generally, these moments are around holidays. While there's nothing wrong with doing nice things for others, we as Christians must be sure that our motives are pleasing to God.

In this week's episode, we take a look at Philippians 2:1-15 and dissect Christ's greatest example of servant hood. Take a listen and decide how you can apply this passage to your own walk of faith.

Reflection Questions

Why am I serving in this capacity?

Am I willing to do the hard things for the sake + benefit of others?

Am I looking for a blessing that I'm not willing to work + sacrifice for?

Am I ready to handle the magnitude of the blessing I want?

What kind of servant am I?

What does my heart reveal?

Do my beliefs and actions align with God’s vision of servanthood?
