In the 102nd episode of Keep Moving Forward I interview USA triathlete and Georgia Bulldog, Darr Smith.

“Everything I have is a gift that’s been given to me by God.” Darr Smith ran, swam, and biked full speed into the calling placed on his life at a young age when he discovered the triathlon. Never taking the credit and recognizing where his talent comes from, Darr inspires so many, not simply because of his athletic aptitude, but because of his heart and spirit. This breakout athlete has been named the 2017 Junior Elite Triathlete of the Year, and is now an NCAA Division 1 track and field and cross country athlete at the University of Georgia. Darr is a light for everyone in his life, whether in the sporting arena or just walking around campus or church. He is already leaving a legacy as “someone who leveraged his life for something that matters more than his sport” and I know his story will continue to inspire so many. I hope you all enjoy my interview with Darr Smith.
