Student media of all classes are invited to come to KCSB's courtyard beneath Storke Tower for a reception on Saturday, as part of the All Gaucho Reunion.
Michael Bloom worked at KCSB in the mid 1960s, as news director, program director and general manager. He spoke with KCSB's Lisa Osborn about this weekend's event, as well as KCSB's early days, dedication of Storke Tower, how KCSB News reporters covered news in the pre-internet days, as well as the history of radio in Santa Barbara.
