State Street will be buzzing with moviegoers, and big Hollywood names will walk the red carpet at the Arlington Theatre starting Wednesday. That's opening night of the 38th Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Our reporter Harry Lawton has covered SBIFF for KCSB News for years.
