Gender Inequality in the Field of Archaeology

An anthropology professor and her graduate students at the University of California, Santa Barbara, initiated the UCSB Gender Equity Project and wrote papers about several issues and challenges minority groups in the anthropology academia encountered because of their gender and sexuality.
