AS Senator Renee Faulk Alleges Senator Used Political Leverage to Obstruct Possibility of BDS Bill

During the AS Senate meeting on November 15th, during which a major walk-out occurred, the bill to condemn Hamas passed and the bill to condemn Islamophobia and antisemitism didn’t, Senator Renee Faulk spoke during the walk-out and alleged that an unnamed fellow Senator heavily discouraged her from bringing a BDS bill to the floor, going so far to say that if she did so without consulting them, they would block all of her future legislation.
