Robert and I continue in this third segment with more nuances about how he effectively manages his team and has evolved in his career as a leader. Particularly with a focus on being a heart-led leader, with an emphasis on gratitude and support for your team.
Honestly, it was hard for me as the interviewer in this segment not to keep the conversation going and going. We had a time commitment and of course you have to manage the length of the podcast, so there are a couple things in particular that I was extremely tempted to dive further into. The point I am trying to make is that Robert's diverse background, his authentic heart for leading with others in mind first, and his positive energy are a wealth of experience and perspective that I thoroughly enjoyed hearing and learning from.
