26. Dorothee Bär, Staatsministerin für Digitalisierung

Dorothee Bär war schon immer der Typ, der sich gern
einmischt. Mit 14 Jahren trat sie in die Junge Union ein und engagierte sich in
ihrem bayerischen Heimatort für den Ausbau der Spielplätze oder
Bachsäuberungen. "Eben die Dinge, die mir wichtig waren", sagt sie gegenüber Katarzyna
Mol-Wolf, die sie in Berlin getroffen hat.

Im Interview erzählt die dreifache Mutter, wie ihr Wunsch zu
gestalten ihre Karriere weiter geprägt hat, wie sie das Pendeln zwischen dem
Bundestag in Berlin und der Familie in Bayern findet, und wie ihre Haltung zur
Frauenquote ist.

Und natürlich geht es auch um Digitalisierung: Sie habe das
Thema schon immer spannend gefunden, sagt die CSU-Politikerin und erzählt, dass es sie
schon früh wurmte, wenn Jungs bei digitalen Dingen die Nase vorn hatten: "Mein
Bruder hatte ein Faible für Computer. Mich hat fasziniert, dass er damit viel
mehr verdiente als ich in meinem Nebenjob in der Gastronomie."

Hier sieht sie einen wichtigen Hebel auch für die
Gleichberechtigung. Mädchen hätten wie Jungs ein natürliches Interesse an
Computer und Programmierung – doch das müsse noch mehr gefördert werden.
