By doing this for every single goal, your planning is complete. Now, all you have to do is execute the same. Refine your intentions and do it for seeking the pleasure of Allah.

Allah Loves Episode..Repentance

Being a human, we all make mistakes and commit sins. But, what do we do after the realization that something wrong has been done? We turn towards Allah and ask for his forgiveness. As it has been mentioned in the Quran that, But indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents and believes and does righteousness and then continues in guidance.
