Mental Health and Therapy ... two things haven't been talked about enough but since the pandemic it has become clear we are at a mental health crisis.  Getting mental health care and going to therapy has a huge stigma around it and very misunderstood.  So in this episode therapist Eric Dutton joins me for a conversation to try and breakdown those stigmas, discuss what therapy actually is and the different types of therapy from talk therapy to group therapy and EMDR.
